Ce loft issu de la division d'une ancienne imprimerie totalise 65m². Malgré la surface relativement petite, toutes les caractéristiques sont réunies pour faire de cet espace ouvert un véritable loft à l'esprit industriel revisité; en témoignent ces verrières aux formes "triangulairement aléatoires". Une grande verrière existante envahit de lumière naturelle l'ensemble de l'espace; les ombres portées créent le contraste tant attendu. Le mobilier et l'agencement donnent l'impression d'être posé à l'extérieur, reliés à la rue, connectés au quartier.

This loft, resulting from the division of a former printing house, totals 65m². Despite the relatively small surface area, all the characteristics are in place to make this open space a true loft with a revisited industrial spirit — as evidenced by these "triangularly random" glass partitions. A large existing glass facade floods the entire space with natural light; the cast shadows create the long-awaited contrast. The furniture and layout give the impression of being placed outside, connected to the street, linked to the neighbourhood.
